Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing and maintaining secure gateways.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and IPSec.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or ASD Essential Eight.
Proficiency with firewall configurations, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, or similar.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE are highly regarded.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex systems effectively.
